Aryman Bungalow
A 6,500 sq.ft. family bungalow delivered under Promaze's project management consultancy. The defining challenge was an occupied site — the owners were living in the home throughout, requiring all work to proceed around the family's daily life without compromising quality or comfort.

Sequencing bespoke joinery, natural-stone packages, and finishes — many with long lead times — around the family's routine and phased decoration zones.
The Solution
Promaze restructured the program into phased, isolated work zones with strict dust and noise control, scheduling disruptive trades around the family's daily life so they always retained functional living space. Early procurement of long-lead items and disciplined phasing of finishes zones delivered a polished family home on time, without the owners ever having to move out.
