Lekhadiya Bungalow
A compact 3,500 sq.ft. boutique residence renovation delivered with Promaze Consultants as the Project Management Consultant. The defining challenge was that the clients continued living in the home throughout the renovation, requiring all work to proceed around an occupied residence without disrupting daily life — while still resolving every detail on a tight footprint.

The Solution
Promaze restructured the work into phased, isolated zones with strict dust and noise control, scheduling disruptive trades around the family's routine so they always retained functional living space. Detailed pre-construction planning and full-scale mock-ups locked in every joinery and finish detail early — delivering a beautifully resolved compact residence on time and on budget, without the clients ever having to move out.
