Mann Bungalow
A custom-designed private bungalow delivered under Promaze's project management consultancy, with Project Manager Dharmesh. The defining challenge was speed: a seven-month timeline run with multiple agencies working in parallel and a 60–70 strong workforce on site — all while design was still being finalised, requiring Promaze to coordinate fast-moving execution against evolving architectural drawings.

The Solution
Promaze acted as the single coordination point across every agency, sequencing overlapping scopes and resolving clashes before they reached the site. By managing fast-tracked decisions, validating each iteration of the architect's drawings as it firmed up, and keeping the large workforce synchronized, the bungalow was delivered to a custom standard within the seven-month deadline.
