Rathi Hospital
A G+3 hospital renovation delivered with Promaze Consultants as the Project Management Consultant. The defining challenge was that the hospital — including two operating theatres — remained fully operational throughout. Promaze planned and executed the renovation zone-by-zone and floor-by-floor, so patient care continued uninterrupted while construction progressed around it.

Challenges

Renovating a fully functional G+3 hospital without ever shutting it down — every floor had to keep running while work was underway elsewhere.

Maintaining sterile conditions and uninterrupted operation of two active operating theatres immediately adjacent to live construction zones.

Containing dust, noise, and trade movement to protect patients, staff, and clinical hygiene across occupied areas at all times.
The Solution
Promaze broke the renovation into isolated zones and sequenced work floor-by-floor, keeping the rest of the hospital fully functional at every stage. Strict dust and infection-control barriers, scheduled around clinical activity, allowed the two OTs and all departments to operate without disruption — delivering a renovated facility with zero downtime to patient care.
